André Kim is an Investment Analyst. He joined GeoCapital in 2014 and has been a partner since 2019. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banking Risk Analyst at J.P. Morgan between 2011 and 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
Arthur Siqueira is an Investment Analyst and Co-portfolio Manager. He joined GeoCapital in 2016 and has been a partner since 2017. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banker at Lazard from 2010 to 2015. He also worked as a Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company between 2006 and 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Production Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Bernardo Vega is a Portfolio Controller. He joined GeoCapital in 2017 and has been a partner since 2019. Prior to that, he worked as a Managing Partner at ProVega Energia between 2014 and 2016. Previously, he held the position of Portfolio Controller at FVF Participações e Empreendimentos from 2012 to 2014, worked as a Regional Manager at Odontoclinic (Bravia Capital Investment) from 2011 to 2012, and was a Head of Middle Office at Tarpon Investimentos from 2007 to 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Metallurgical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
Daniel Martins is a Co-portfolio Manager and Co-founder at GeoCapital. He has been a partner since 2019. Prior to that, he worked as an Investment Banker at Lazard between 2012 and 2014. Previously, he held the position of Associate/VP of Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs from 2008 to 2012, worked as a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2003 to 2006 and was an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2000 to 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Fabio Maeyama is a Director of Risk and Compliance. He joined GeoCapital in 2017 and has been a partner since that year. Prior to that, he worked as an Operation Manager and Head of Custody at Deutsche Bank Brazil from 2014 to 2016. Previously, he served as an Co-founder at Salix Consultoria from 2012 to 2014, worked as an Operation Manager at Tarpon Investimentos from 2009 to 2012 and was an Operation Manager at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo between 2001 and 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from PUC-São Paulo and a Postgraduate degree in Capital Markets at FIPE-USP.
Fernanda Miara is an Investment Analyst. She joined GeoCapital in 2021 and has been a partner since 2024. Prior to that, she worked as an Equity Analyst at 4UM Investments. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from PUC and a Postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance at Insper.
Guilherme Pereira leads our Technology Department. He joined Geocapital in 2018 and has been a partner since 2022. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from UEMS.
Oliver Mizne is a Founding Partner at GeoCapital. He is also a Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at PRAVALER, Brazil's largest private student financing company. Prior to that, he served as an Investor and Member of the Board at IBMEC from 2001 to 2014. Previously, he worked as an Equity Research Analyst at Banco Garantia between 1995 and 2001. He holds a Bachelor of Administration from Wharton School, a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Pennsylvania and has completed the Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School.
Pino Di Segni is a Founding Partner at GeoCapital. Prior to that, he worked as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Banking Department at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo from 2006 to 2013. Previously, he was a Partner and was a Member of the Private Banking team at Hedging-Griffo between 1996 and 2006. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Mackenzie University.
Roberta Bordini manages our Administrative and Financial Departments. She joined GeoCapital in 2020 and has been a partner since 2022. Prior to that, she held a position in Finance and Treasury at Hedging-Griffo between 1996 and 2007. Previously, she worked as a Financial Manager in the real estate market from 2011 to 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Secretarial Studies from Anhembi Morumbi University.
Yong Cho is an Investment Analyst. He joined GeoCapital in 2019 and has been a partner since 2022. Prior to that, he worked as an Equity Research Intern at Schroders from 2018 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
